New Discovery

Such a moment to stop, pause, and shriek with him.

Here we go a crawling!

Eve officially started crawling on November 11. We arrived to the cabin and got them out of the car seats....and she was off. Grey just intently observed in his way. She was so proud ...we were also proud. Grey was off a few days later.

As of today.....off to the races.....

 

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is always fun at the cabin with the Parker Family. 

Several days with the family and laughter.

Last year we had everyone guessing what the sex of the twins will be. 

My family was guessing in LaCrosse and Salt Lake City. 

After guessing, it was revealed to all by way of cupcakes....

The tradition continues...The Thanksgiving Buck! Grey was mad that it was not his.

Thanksgiving here we come!

Nana and Pop-pop came to Memphis to join in on the Parker Family Thanksgiving. They came early to spend some time with us and also help with the tail end of all of us being sick.

Nana got to learn how to feed us...at the same time.

Just arrived at the cabin

Nana entertaining us when we got to the cabin. They picked up 2 more cool IKEA high chairs so we could have a set of them at the cabin.

Still being entertained. Pop-pop is on the front porch putting together our new cribs...pack-n-plays were not going to cut it....we needed real beds.

Bath Time

We love to take a bath....even more fun when we can do it together.

A bunch of sickos!

We have been absent from the blog world due to illness. Nothing serious...just a bug that took us all down. It started with a runny nose....sound familiar. 

Grey's cold turned into a cough and than wheezing. This of course landed us in Urgent Care having to give him a breathing treatment. He started off a very happy Grey but when "puff" came along he was not real happy. Eventually, he fell asleep from a combination of screaming and the noise lulling him to sleep.

After many nights of interrupted sleep, Eve got an ear infection with her cold.  I had the funk too but keep on truckin'. We headed to the cabin in the hopes the twins would be all ready for their sip and see in Sunflower

The night before Eve had a temperture all night and into the day....the event was canceled. Lucky for us...as Joey and I were falling slowly.....Aunt Teri, Nanee, and Cousin Kate and her friend came to the lake and helped us out. It was a pitiful weekend but we were thankful for the help.

We learned a lot of what not to do next time. It is crazy to think that the whole house was sick for 2 weeks...a bunch of sickos!
